Stable structure : Use high quality casting materials, resin sand process, enhanced internal stiffeners, after 2nd tempering and natural aging,which reduces casting distortion. Guide rail after bearing steel forging through heat treatment, to reach the standard hardness, and extend the using life.
High precision process: All parts are machined by CNC Machining Center and precision grinding machine, to ensure machining accuracy and assembling accuracy, and ensure our products' quality.
Practical technology: Wire transport cylinder's surface is after hardening treatment, to increase its wear resistance and make it durable. Flexible non-contact reversing switch, reducing the direction change impact, making operation more smooth, ensure porducts' finish. Increase secondary insulation technology to improve overall machine's insulation performance, reducing wire loss and improving efficiency.
Centralized oil supply unit ensures machine's all moving parts are fully lubricated, reducing mechanical wear and extend their using life.
Quality Control: All spare parts use well-known brands, machined parts and assembling are after several process inspection, laser interferometer, lineprint scale, reading microscope, hardness tester, dynamic balance inspection instrument, etc. to ensure ervey set of our machines is qualified before delivery.
